Joe Neil and Edwidge Adam of Joe Do'It Xtreme Training will start Zumba, group classes and personal training for our property starting with ZUMBA Monday May 7, 2011 at 7PM in the racquetball court. ZUMBA!r Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance like nobody is watching while burning calories and fat. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" this is an exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that to ne and sculpt the body with easy to follow dance steps. Participants that stick to the Zumba Fitness program will achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a "feel-happy" workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
Xtreme Boot Camp "Boot Camp" style workout will address your specific fitness goals and motivate you to work harder than you ever have before for great fitness results. This class combines body sculpting and cardiovascular workout of a circuit/cycle class with a military boot camp flavor! An extremely motivating way to kick off your day! **Note: there is a lot of calisthenics work in this workout and participants will be expected to do a lot of Body weight exercises!
Cardio Kickboxing Traditional kickboxing moves come together with high energy moves to increase your cardiovascular fitness, agility, power and melt the pounds away. You will burn calories and have tons of fun doing it.
