Despite all if the messages from Doug, like the one below, someone keeps crapping on the strip of grass in front of my townhome. Based in the "evidence", it appears to be a small dog. I'm offering $50 for a photo of the offending person and animal in the act of crapping on my "lawn". Post a link to the photo here, or send me a private message, and I'll give you an address where you can email it. And if you're thinking "How the hell do I know where you live?" - don't worry. I'll tell you if it's my lawn and your reward. Just wait long enough to see if they pick it up before getting excited. Thanks.
From: Town Square at Mark Center Date: February 3, 2012 11:25:17 AM EST Subject: Pet Responsibilities
Dear Residents,
As we have stated in previous emails, there is a growing problem regarding pet waste at our community. We ask that those residents that are not cleaning up after their pets to take a moment to consider the possible consequences of their careless actions.
First and foremost you must consider the health risk that this poses to all residents - human and animal alike. Waste contains bacteria, which can be very dangerous in a variety of ways. We have seen examples at other communities where pets have actually passed away because of bacterial illness. Please take a moment to consider how you would feel if this happened to your pet.
We certainly understand that the majority of our pet owners have been very responsible in caring for their pets and our community and we sincerely thank you for your diligence. This e-mail is directed to those irresponsible persons within our community that have created the issue we now face.
As always we a re open to addressing any specific concerns you may have, and certainly appreciate any suggestions as well. We thank all of our residents for their patience while we try to resolve this issue for you.
Sincerely,
Doug Crawford General Manager

The Bandit is back! I found two sets of mini dog crap on my strip of grass. Now i suspect there are two crappy critters. Do they belong to a single owner, or is there a Dog Poo Bandit gang? Time to break out the time lapse camera.
